Product Description

Spaghetti squash is a delicious alternative to pasta! Simply run a fork through its baked flesh to form long spaghetti-like strands that you'll love when topped with pasta sauce, cheese, and meatballs. Each squash weighs between 2-3 lbs, with bright, golden-yellow oblong fruits. They're hard and sturdy, with a tough rind--but the inside is filled with yellow, string-like strands of flesh. Before baking, scoop out the seeds in the center. If you don't wish to throw them away, the seeds can be separated and roasted like pumpkin seeds. Plant this squash in rich, moist, well-drained soil in full sunlight, with two plants per hill, and 8-10' between hills. 90 days to maturity.
