Product Description

Vardaman is a real space saver of a sweet potato, producing high yields on a small plant with a compact bush habit that has no runners. Space them 12" apart in rows spaced only 3' apart. If you've still run out of room in your garden, no problem--just plant Vardaman in our unique Grow Tub® containers! For potatoes and sweet potatoes, we recommend the 20 gallon Grow Tub. Wherever you grow it, Vardaman has a golden-yellow skin that darkens after digging, and bright red-orange flesh. Delicious for boiling, baking or mashing. Not available in AL, AR, CA. 100 days to maturity.
