Waltham Butternut Winter Squash Seed produces large butternut squash that sets the bar for all other large butternut squash varieties. An All-American Selections award winner, this open-pollinated variety produces huge yields of 3-6 pound fruits with smooth, tan skins and sweet, nutty-flavored orange flesh. With straight, cylindrical necks and small seed cavities, there's plenty of meaty flesh that cooks up tender and delicious in soups and when roasted.
