Product Description
Olympia Hybrid Spinach is one of the best spinach varieties to grow in the South and other warm, humid conditions. The plants are highly bolt resistant and resistant to nine different strains of downy mildew. The semi-upright plants are easy to harvest. Pick at the baby leaf stage or at the mature leaf stage. Whether served in salads or cooked, the spinach leaves are delicious and nutritious. 21 days to maturity for baby leaf stage, and 45-50 days to maturity for larger leaves.
