Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 ½ lbs Nautic Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper


Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

Remove ends of Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves. Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in medium mixing bowl. Pour sprouts onto baking sheet in single layer to ensure even cooking. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes or until just brown on the outside.
