A traditional favorite in pies, tarts, jams or fermented for wine, this old-fashioned staple is fast growing and reliable. Glaskin's Perpetual is perfect for late-season harvesting due to its low concentration of oxalic acid. So, you'll be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor well into the summer or winter, depending on when you plant. Self-pollinating. Hardy in zones 3-8.

- Foliage:Huge leaves topped with tall stalks of white flowers with a green tinge.

- Pruning: Harvest: light picking may be taken the first year. The following years the entire plant may be harvested. Cut the stalks at the soil line. All stalks maybe harvested at one time.
- Flowers: Flower stalks can reach up to 6' tall with small greenish white to red flowers.
