Its rosy red skins and waxy, white flesh make it very attractive—and it's delicious boiled, baked and fried. Adapted to a wide range of soils and climates, Red La Soda potato plants withstand cold, heat and drought. It's a top choice for Southern gardeners. Once harvested, the potatoes keep well for several months. 80-100 days to maturity.
