Early. When we trialed these medium-sized, well-shaped oval potatoes, we knew we had to add them to our lineup of delicious tubers. A beautiful golden yellow inside and out, Nicola has a mild nutty flavor and is great for baking, boiling or roasting. Flesh is firm and holds up well in soups and salads. Low glycemic index means it's great for low-carb diets. Shows good resistance to scab and drought .
