We are excited to offer the first-ever pink blueberry! In springtime pinkish-white blooms develop into deep pink fruit ready for picking and eating at summer's end. They are just as tasty and rich in antioxidants as their blue cousins! Medium-size fruits with a mild, pleasant flavor and a high sugar content are perfect for fresh eating and baking.   • Color: White flowers, tinged with pink.
  • Foliage: Glossy green and lanceolate, with serrated leaf margins.
  • Depth: Plant so the roots are below soil level.
  • Blooms: Mid Spring
  • Yield: Moderate growth rate.
  • Fruit: Fruit ripening occurs mid-late season with moderate yields of medium-sized, glossy, firm bright pink fruit with a mild flavor.
  • Soil Preference: Acidic (pH 4.5 - 5.5) peat or sandy soil that is moist, but well-drained.
  • Growth Rate: Moderate growth rate.
  • Pruning: Prune in late Winter when dormant or early Autumn to prevent bleeding of sap. Prune to remove crossed or damaged limbs.
  • Flowers: Urn-shaped, 1/3 inch loose blossoms in clusters.
  • Pollinator: Self pollinating, but does best when planted with another rabbiteye cultivar.
