Patterson Hybrid Onion

One of the longest storing onions available, Patterson Hybrid Onion stays firm and flavorful for months. The medium-to-large bulbs add plenty of flavor to stews, soups, chili and other winter recipes. The straw-colored onions have yellowish flesh and an extremely long shelf life. They're very uniform in shape and size, too. A long day onion variety, Patterson Hybrid Onion needs about 13-16 hours of daylight for best garden performance and is best suited for gardeners in the Northern zones. 104 days to maturity.
