Product Description

This beautiful bok choi can be harvested as a baby, but can also be grown to a full-size head. Bopak's delicious, tender-crisp leaves feature dark green foliage atop bright white petioles. The white stalks taste like a cross between cabbage and chard. Swap its stalks for celery sticks, add to soups and stews, or grill on the barbeque! Its compact, upright, dense plant habit allows you to plant them close together in the garden. It's great for container gardening, too, so you can and should try it with one of our Grow Tubs®! It's easy to grow, and its delicious flavor is retained even in warmer weather that would typically turn leafy greens bitter. 60 days to maturity.
