This one variety can be harvested early as mild yet flavorful green onions, and when left to mature in the ground, enjoyed later in the season as crisp, sweet yellow onions with exceptional storage qualities. Either way, it produces high yields and exhibits good resistance to bolting. Growing onions from sets is super easy and a great "starter" crop for novice gardeners. 85-100 days to maturity.
