When baked and whipped, this unique white acorn squash resembles mashed potatoes. After baking, just mix in your favorite potato additives, such as butter, cream, olive oil, garlic or bacon, and enjoy. Mashed Potatoes Hybrid Squash's compact vines bear 3-4 fruits per plant, and the squash stores well. 90 to 105 days to maturity.
