Maiden Grass

Low-maintenance ornamental grass adds months of color, texture and movement to the landscape. The popular Maiden Grass grows in 3-4 feet tall, rounded clumps. In the fall and winter, the dark green foliage turns a burnished copper hue. Flower plumes, waving 5-7 feet tall, appear in the fall and add wonderful movement to the garden. They're also excellent additions to fresh and dried floral arrangements. Maiden Grass is a reliable, deer-resistant perennial grass. It grows best in full sun to partial shade. Zones 4-10.
