Slow to bolt, Salad Bowl Leaf Lettuce is noted for its lasting sweetness and tenderness—and it stays crisp even after the weather becomes hot. Lettuce is a cool-weather crop that can be grown in the spring and fall gardens and in containers and Grow Tubs. To extend the lettuce season, sow lettuce seed every two weeks. 45 days to maturity.
