Bronze Beauty Leaf Lettuce

One of the best loose-leaf varieties for home gardens, Bronze Beauty Leaf Lettuce reliably produces gorgeous, bronze-tinted, wavy leaves with a nice, sweet flavor. An All-America Selections winner from 1947, Bronze Beauty exhibits heat tolerance and is slow to bolt, making it a favorite for generations of gardeners. This variety adds plenty of color and sweet flavor to salads and garnishes. Like other lettuce varieties, it grows well in containers as well as the garden and is ideal for both spring and fall gardens. It can be grown as a cut-and-come-again lettuce. 40-50 DAYS.
