This herb reaches 2-3 feet tall quickly and smells and tastes like lemons. Very popular in Asian cuisine, Lemon Grass is best when used fresh. The top portion can be cut and crushed for use in tea, while the bottom of the stalk is used to flavor food.

- Foliage: Evergreen, older leaves become brown.
