Product Description

Thin, smooth skin in shades of ivory and tan with creamy white flesh make these oval potatoes a pantry staple--and they're great for storing long-term in a dry, dark place. Harvest them early to get potatoes perfect for creaming, or enjoy at maturity and fry, boil, mash, or bake them. Kennebec tastes particularly delicious when fried, since the flesh browns evenly and tastes incredibly earthy, nutty, and rich. Use it with our Vegetable Cutter to get perfect, uniform French fries in two different sizes, and with our Vegetable Brush to thoroughly clean each potato before cooking. 80-100 days to maturity.
