Everyone loves the robust flavor that fresh herbs bring to a home-cooked meal. Growing your own herbs is a rewarding experience, but the wrong fertilizer can do more harm than good to those delicate leaves. Overly rich fertilizers often reduce the amount of aromatic oil in herb leaves and cause scraggly, leggy plants. With Herbs Alive!™, you'll get healthy plants, vigorous growth, and higher yields with just two applications whether your herbs are potted or planted in the garden. It contains just the right balance of nutrients for lush, full foliage growth without sacrificing robust flavor or aromatic oil. It's great for parsley, chives, dill, cilantro and more. Scratch 1 tablespoon per plant into the soil surface after transplanting or when seedlings emerge. Midseason, make a second application of 1 tablespoon per plant.
