Product Description
There's nothing quite like fresh herbs to perk up a recipe. Mammoth Dill is a versatile herb that is highly prized for both its seeds and feathery, fernlike fronds. The plentiful seeds are a pickler's go-to flavoring for pungent brines, while the fronds make an ideal addition to seafood, sauces or dips. The light, summery flavor gives a little lift to heavy foods, making them delightfully refreshing. Plus, the herb leaves can be used fresh, dried or even frozen. An annual plant, Mammoth Dill is highly aromatic and will perfume the area and attract beneficial pollinators. A good container garden choice, but seed can also be sown directly into the ground. 60 days to maturity.
