Herb Garlic BreadServes 8
- 1 loaf hard Italian bread, halved lengthwise
- ½ c (one stick) softened butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ½ tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt or fine sea salt
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Mix fresh garlic and herbs into softened butter. Spread onto bread. Close loaf back together. Bake until crusty and butter has melted, about 10 minutes.
