Spreading large amounts of seed by hand is a time-consuming, messy business that may not end up with an even spread. But this easy-to-use, easy-to-grip spreader applies seed or pelletized lawn care products uniformly, in a swath 6-12' wide--much further than by hand. Use it to spread Gardens Alive! lawn products, including Mole-Relief™ Dry Mole Repellent, WOW!® Supreme, WOW!® Phosphorus Free, and almost any of our Alive!™ fertilizers and plant food formulas. The Handheld Broadcast Spreader holds 6 lbs of pelletized mole repellent, weed control, or granulated fertilizer. It will hold 3 lbs of grass seed for an even lawn with uniform seed distribution.
