Grenada Bush Bean

A favorite among gourmets and home cooks, French filet beans, or haricots verts, offer a tender texture and intense green bean flavor in a slender package. Grenada Green Bean produces high yields of 6 1/2-inch, pencil-thin beans. The flavorful pods retain their texture when cooked, whether steamed, boiled or sautéed. Because seeds are slow to develop, Grenade offers a longer harvest window than some other green bean varieties. The plants exhibit good disease resistance, including a high tolerance to bacterial brown spot. 58 days to maturity.
