Product Description

This gorgeous heirloom tomato lives up to its name both in taste and color! Gold Medal is a beautiful shade of golden yellow, blushing red and pink on both the outside and the inside. It's a deliciously sweet tomato, too, without much acid. That, combined with its firm flesh, makes it perfect for fresh eating! Salads, sandwiches, and other summer veggie salads will all welcome its delicious taste and color. Gold Medal is one of the most productive heirlooms we've grown in our research garden, consistently producing 1-2 lb fruits all summer. It's resistant to cracking when stored for a few weeks at a time. Freeze or can these tomatoes, too--you won't be disappointed! Indeterminate. 90 days to maturity.
