Product Description

These delicious summer squashes look like summer on a vine! Each squash is a bright, sunshiny yellow, 5.5-6" in length and up to 1.75" in diameter, with semi-curved crooknecks up near the stem. It's a dependable plant, producing high yields of fruit even in stressful conditions like the high heat of summer. Full of antioxidants that promote optimal weight and heart health, summer squash also contains alpha- and beta-carotene, which promotes respiratory health and works as an anti-inflammatory agent. Enjoy slices of this squash sauteed or baked, topped with tomato sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. 44 days to maturity.
