Product Description
Home gardeners and garlic lovers sing the praises of Music Garlic. This hardneck garlic variety has a complex, mildly hot, rich and musky flavor that enhances recipes. A very cold tolerant, porcelain type, it produces high yields of easy-to-peel cloves that often have tinges of pink-purple hues. Like other hardneck garlic varieties, Music Hardneck Garlic has a central stalk or scape that appears in early summer. Gourmets use the scapes to give recipes a subtle garlic flavor. Some gardeners use the curly scapes in fresh floral arrangements. Once harvested, the bulbs store for 9-12 months. 4-6 cloves per bulb. Sorry, cannot ship to ID or WA.
