Elephant looks and tastes like a mild hardneck variety, but much, much larger! In reality, it's actually a leek with delicious, mild garlic-like flavor. Very easy to peel and keeps very well. Bulbs average 10 cloves and often weight over a pound! Sorry, cannot ship to ID or WA.
