Garden To Table Recipes


  • 2 c. GA! basil
  • 1 c. GA! spinach
  • 1/3 c. pine nuts or walnuts
  • Juice from one lemon
  • 3 cloves GA! garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. parmesan


  • 1. Combine basil, spinach, nuts, and lemon in a food processor. Pulse a few times until fully combined.
  • 2. Add the garlic cloves and pulse again until mixed.
  • 2. Slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream while food processor is running. Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula as needed.
  • 4. Add parmesan and pulse until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
