What are these little gnats on my plants?
Fungus Gnats are very small, slow flying flies that move when their area is disturbed, resembling a cloud of gray dust. They may also be seen running across plant foliage and soil. Fungus Gnats are usually prevalent in soils that are kept moist and are high in organic matter. They are mostly a nuisance but can damage roots and kill young seedlings if the infestation is large.
I bought these Pot Stickers a few years ago when I started having problems with gnats with my indoor houseplants. I am ordering more. They catch lots of gnats that would otherwise be bugging me. Jan, Thorndale, PA
