Flea Beetles and What to Do if they Attack
What are Flea Beetles?
Flea Beetle Damage Flea beetles are black, often with a curved yellow or white stripe on either side of their backs. However, you may not actually spot any — flea beetles are seldom seen because they hop away before you can get close enough. They eat nearly all garden crops. The adults are troublesome when seedlings are set out, as they chew little holes through the underside of the leaves. Larvae typically chew on the roots and weaken the plant.
