Product Description

Bred for early maturity and high yields, Fast Vantage is ready to harvest up to six weeks earlier than other varieties of cabbage! When planted in deep, rich, moist, well-drained soil with plenty of sunlight, it will produce 2-3 lb, uniformly spherical heads with closely layered, light green leaves. It sits directly in the center of its foliage; produces large, dark green leaves with pale veining. Fast Vantage has a deliciously sweet, mild flavor that we love to use in all kinds of slaws and sauerkrauts. We also add them to stir-fries and salads. No sprays are required to control common garden pests or protect against disease. 50 days to maturity.
