Casper Eggplant

Eggplant Casper has shiny, ivory fruits with silky, tender, snow-white flesh and sweet, mild flavor—it may just turn some people into eggplant lovers! As a white eggplant, it tends to be milder and sweeter than the traditional dark purple eggplants. If picked at the smaller stages, no peeling is required and it can even be eaten raw! The plant is compact and grows 22-28-in tall. It's a promising producer in warm and cool areas alike. 70-75 DAYS.
