Dragon Hybrid Fennel

An improvement on older types of fennel, Dragon Hybrid Fennel produces heavy yields of uniform, large, plump, juicy bulbs that add a refreshing anise flavor to summer salads. The fennel bulbs are also good when grilled, steamed, sautéed, boiled or added to soups. Widely adapted and less likely to prematurely bolt or yellow, Dragon Hybrid Fennel is easy to grow and less sensitive to heat, lack of water and extreme temperature changes than some older varieties. 75 to 90 days to maturity.
