Americana Hybrid produces rich, deep green fruits with non-bitter skins and a sweet, juicy flesh that is perfect for salads, wraps, relishes and more. For a more exotic twist, try adding diced cukes to yogurt and spices for a cooling raita or tzatziki sauce, and then drizzle over kebabs or falafel.
