Product Description

A favorite for Mexican and Thai foods, Coriander Cruiser is a variety of coriander more commonly known as cilantro! The glossy, bright green leaves, the seeds, and even the roots are all edible. It's much slower to bolt than standard coriander, which means it won't produce premature flowering stems that take nurtients away from the leaves. You won't have to resow seed as often! Its sturdy stems make it easy to bunch it together. Use as a garnish for almost any dish, or chop up and sprinkle on top of tacos, enchiladas, banh mi sandwiches, and pho. It grows in a very uniform habit, where pollinators love the delicate flower, so be sure to let a few bloom. Annual. 45 days to maturity.
