Chipman's Canada Red Rhubarb

One of our favorite rhubarbs for baking into cobblers, pies and desserts, Chipman's Canada Red Rhubarb has a sweet flavor and requires less sugar when baking than some other rhubarb varieties. The long, thick stalks also retain their attractive red color when cooked! One of the most cold hardy rhubarb varieties available, Chipman's Canada Red is ideal for northern growers. A reliable producer, this perennial vegetable bears excellent yields for years and years. Zones 3-8 (2 with some winter protection).
