Canning Essentials Kit

Canning fruits and vegetables is easier and quicker with the Essentials Canning Kit. This three-piece kit includes a canning pot, canning rack and canning lid rack. The beautiful 18-quart porcelain enamel canning pot is ideal for blanching vegetables or water bath canning. It's also a great size for serving a large group or for lobster, crab and other seafood cookouts. The pot's flat bottom provides stability on the stove top. The canning rack is a must-have for inserting or removing jars in hot water. Its unique folding design lets you lift and support the jars on the canner's edge so you can safely and easily remove them--and its long handles offer protection from hot water. The rack holds up to seven quart or pint jars. The canning lid rack holds up to 12 regular or wide-mouthed canning lids and allows you to wash the lids without getting the boiling water on your hands. The canning lid rack and canning pot should be hand washed. Pot Measures: 8.5" x 13.5" x 13.5"
