Product Description

With a nearly 100 year-old history, this heirloom bell pepper's deliciousness has stood the test of time. The deeply green peppers become red at maturity, when they'll weigh in at nearly 6 oz and 4" long. Their thick walls and rounded square shapes make them ideal for stuffing, since all you need to do is slice off the top, then add your favorite filling and bake. It also freezes beautifully, ensuring you'll save the fresh taste long into winter. Pick some of the smaller peppers early in the season, which can lead to a longer, more prolific harvest. 65 days to maturity.
