Product Description
For unparalleled crunch, zesty flavor and exceptional garden performance, you can't go wrong with Omero Hybrid Cabbage. This delightful, red short-core variety has a nice texture and makes an excellent storage cabbage. The deep burgundy-purple color looks amazing in slaws, salads or stir-fries... and the taste is out of this world. In fact, Omero was a winner in test trials for flavor and quality. Heads grow to 6 inches across and weigh in at nearly one pound each. Cabbage is a cole crop, which means it can be grown in both spring and fall. For summer harvests, sow seeds indoors and transplant into the garden. For late fall harvests, plant seeds directly into midsummer soil. 73-78 days to maturity.
