Brussels Sprouts Redarling is the new favorite of home cooks and gourmet chefs—these gorgeous purple-red sprouts are just as delicious as they are visually pleasing! Sweeter than traditional Brussels sprouts, and packed with nutrition like fiber and vitamins A and C, you'll yield a bountiful load of firm sprouts. Strong, 1 ½-in diameter and 24-30-in tall stalks thrive in beds and borders. Serve either roasted or sautéed but be sure to optimize their wonderfully mild flavor by harvesting after the fall frost. 140-145 DAYS.
