Browns Yew

A great evergreen shrub for creating a dense, easy-care hedge or foundation planting, Brown's Yew is low maintenance, easy to grow and tolerates shade better than some other shrubs. This cross between an English yew and Japanese yew combines both ornamental qualities and winter hardiness. Growing 8-10 ft. tall with a 6-12 ft. spread, Brown's Yew has dark green, soft, dense foliage that provides all-season color, texture and contrast to the landscape. It can be sheared or pruned for a more formal look. Once established, it's drought tolerant. For best results, plant in full sun to partial shade. Zones 4-7
