Product Description

Swiss chard has been called the world's most nutritious vegetable for a reason! Its benefits come from strong antioxidants that specifically promote digestion, heart and vision health. And with their beautiful, colorful stalks, how could anyone resist adding them to the garden? Each stalk varies in color, from crisp reds and pinks to golden yellows and oranges. They're crowned with gorgeous, deep green leaves. Saute them with chopped garlic, olive oil and a splash of lemon juice, bake on top of pizzas, or blend into soups. These heat-tolerant plants are easy to grow even in areas with hot summers. 55 days to maturity.
