Anaheim 118 Hybrid is an exceptional all-around hot pepper. It has large, thick walls and great flavor with a mild heat and Scoville rating of 500-2500. Peppers are uniform and 8- to 10-inches long with bright, lime green coloring that ripens to red. Enjoy Anaheim 118 fresh, roasted or stuffed. 65 days to maturity.
