They're easy to pick, so you can enjoy them right away--or save them for the wintertime, since they freeze exceptionally well (and make excellent canning beans). If you'd rather enjoy them in the moment, they're delicious eaten fresh, or sauteed with olive oil, fresh garlic and sliced almonds for a savory side dish. Accelerate beans will stand up to the cold, and has superior disease resistance. It's resistant to bean common mosaic virus, and is tolerant to brown top and curly spot.
