Product Description

Unlike a typical radish, Rat-tail produces tons of green, edible, bean-like seed pods rather than just one pink or white root. Bees love buzzing between their petite white, pink, and purple flowers just as much as you'll love its classic root-radish flavor. Terrific for adding to stir-fries and salads. Try them with your favorite pickling spices for a truly unique treat--and with its high yields, you'll have plenty to share. Plant in fertile, well-drained soil in full sunlight to give the very best care to these unique seed pods. They'll stand up to summer heat, too. 45-50 days to maturity.
