Ordering from Gardens Alive is easy. We offer our customers 4 easy ways to order:

How to Place an Order Online

During the order process, you will be asked to register and create your own personal Gardens Alive password. Follow the steps below when placing an order.

  1. If you already know the items you want and have the catalog item number, use our Quick Order service located in the top navigation. Proceed to step 3.

  2. To find the items you want to order, you can use any one of our search functions. When you find an item you'd like to order, click on the Buy Now button. If you want more information on a product or detailed pricing, click on the image or the product name. Once you've placed an item in your basket, simply continue shopping or select Checkout within your drop down cart. You can access your Shopping Cart at any time hovering over and/or clicking on the View Cart option in the top right corner of our website.

  3. If you received a special offer or discount that isn't reflected in your Shopping Cart, please enter the Account and/or Keycode number you received with the special offer and click Apply. Your special offer will then show in the Shopping Cart.

  4. When you have all of the items you want to order in your Shopping Cart and the offer you have received is showing correctly, click the Checkout button.

    Enter your email address. This step is required for both new and existing customers.

    If you are a new customer, you will be required to fill out your billing and shipping information on the following web pages. Existing customers should already have their billing and shipping addresses auto-populated.

  5. Select your payment option - credit card or replacement certificate

    Credit Card: Select your type of card and enter the required information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

    Replacement Certificate: Enter your certificate code including all numbers and letters. If your certificate does not cover the entire cost of your purchase, you will be required to enter a credit card number to pay the difference.

  6. Click the "Click to Review Order" button to see a final overview of your order before it is placed.

  7. Review your order and then click the "Click Here Now to Submit Your Order" button to place and complete your order. Click the button once - double-clicking may result in duplicate orders.

  8. Your order has been processed! You'll receive an e-mail confirmation that your order was placed within 24 hours.
  9. Order by Phone

    Call 1-513-354-1482, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to speak with one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives.

    Order by Fax

    Fill out the catalog order form and fax it to us at 1-513-354-1484, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Order by Mail

    You may also mail your order to us in the envelope provided with the catalog. If you don't have a catalog envelope, mail your order to:
