Woodpeckers' instinctive feeding habits draw them to the unique design of this feeder. Two sturdy plastic panels display seeds, while several small feeding holes on each corner provide unique access that only woodpeckers will readily recognize.

Woodpeckers are among the most voracious insect-eating birds, so they're great to have around. Woodboring ants, beetles, caterpillars, larvae and eggs make up most of the woody's diet. But when insects are scarce, pecking at this feeder is like digging in tree bark! Fill it with our special Woodpecker Seed Mix (sold separately).
