To ship an order to an address different than the billing address, enter the shipping address at the first step of the checkout process and do not select the box next to the “use this address for billing” option. You will then be required to enter the separate billing address on the second step of the checkout process. If you have an account with us, entering a different shipping address will only change the address for that order. To permanently change the address on your account, contact customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-513-354-1482.
