Sorrel Strawberry Ice Pops


  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar
  • 1/2 cup sorrel


Stir sugar into strawberries, smashing them down a bit. Add mixture and sorrel to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Strain the seeds out if they bother you. Pour mixture into ice pop molds, freeze and enjoy.
