One bite of these meaty, tangy tomatoes and you'll see why Nonna fell in love! Teardrop-shaped tomatoes have ribbing reminiscent of Italian heirlooms. Excellent disease resistance and impressive flavor make this gem perfect for fresh eating, sauce or cooking. 80 days to maturity.

  • Spacing: 18 - 24 inches between plants, 3 - 5 feet between rows.

  • Comments: These 'hybrid heirloom' tomatoes are a treat to behold! Firmer (holds better) than traditional heirlooms with better acids and exceptional taste. Dense meaty flesh is wonderful for eating fresh as well as use in sauces and recipes. Have the unique shape & appearance of heirloom varieties but with hybrid vigor & very high yeild as well as improved disease resistance. Sloped shoulders w/some fruit having an almost teardrop shape. Deep ribbing adds to the unique appearance. Do not crack and scar like many of the heirlooms.
